Just watched the episode of Brianna's vanishing on OWN network, sooo tragic my tears flowed heavily I also caught the end with the blue ribbons & comment about what the mother is trying to do with DNA.--I believe they should get DNA samples immedetilaly as soon as everyone from here out is born, It should replace birth certificate procedure. After all technology has taken over our world. plus it might cut down on crimes just like if justice was done correctly when a rape occurs- they must be castrated then no longer have that tool to commit a rape again. If they knew that would be the consequences they would think twice before acting that crime out. but they say that's inhumane no its not
